We are currently seeking highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architects with experience in large end-to-end implementations of Salesforce. We are seeking out the best problem-solvers, idea-makers, and high-energy Salesforce professionals for our fast-growing practice area. Responsibilities:
Creating solutions in Salesforce from client concepts and requirements
Support design creation leveraging best practices and reviews with Architects
Guide the team on requirements, be a coach for best practices and understand the Salesforce product offerings in detail.
Responsible for reviewing and determining the readiness of user stories.
Translate the business requirements and map them to Salesforce product features
Evaluate AppExchange products and recommend them to the business to achieve specific business needs.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 15 years of experience in Information Technology
At least 7 years of professional services or technical consulting experience
At least 7 years Salesforce configuration and consulting experience
Client facing and project management experience
Outstanding writing, presentation, communication, and organization skills
Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Portal/Communities, Marketing AppExchange Knowledge, and deep knowledge in several AppExchange packages
Functional testing development.
In addition to the core requirements, we are looking for a passionate technologist has experience across many industires but specific experience with the FSC and at least 3 full implementations. We have enterprise clients so at least 5 full implementations at this level across multiple clouds. Integration depth is a must.

Work with business and technical leadership to understand requirements
Capability to demonstrate coding experience
Strong experience in DevOps pipeline implementation
Troubleshooting the issues, providing effective solutions and application monitoring in the production environment
Develop, test and deploy Java Spring Boot to cloud platforms such as Openshift platform.
Participate in sprint planning sessions and help TPO
Required
Java, Spring Boot, REST API
Cloud Computing (Openshift or PCF)
7+ Years of experience in coding, testing and deploying Java Spring boot applications to cloud platforms such as PCF or Openshift.
Experience in Kubernetes, Docker
Optional
Databases: PostgreSQL
Experience in messaging platforms such as Kafka and JMS
Experience in application monitoring tools such as New Relic.
DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins) Unix Shell scripting and basic administration of Unix servers
Experience in Jira and Confluence
Must participate in production support model
Experience in Conversational AI, Chat bots, voice bots, IVR is a plus
